Back to home About Sendmeadow

A quieter way to run every newsletter your organisation sends.

Sendmeadow began with one frustration: the tools built for internal comms are priced for corporations, and the tools you can actually afford were never built for the people inside your organisation. So we made one that does both — well, and at a price a small team can sign off without a meeting.

Why we built it

Good internal comms shouldn't be an enterprise luxury.

Platforms like Poppulo, Staffbase and ContactMonkey do internal newsletters properly — and charge accordingly, usually per seat and often only by quote. For a 20–200 person non-profit or small team, that maths never works out.

The affordable end of the market, meanwhile, is full of drag-and-drop email designers that don't understand an internal audience: no directory sync, no department segments, no read tracking, and nothing to help you reach your wider community from a domain that's genuinely yours.

Sendmeadow sits squarely in that gap — one editor for both rooms, at one honest price.

What we believe

Three principles the whole product is built on.

01

Flat, never per seat

You're charged by the size of your list, not the number of colleagues who log in. Invite the whole comms team, the ED and the board — the bill doesn't move.

02

Deliverability is our job, not your IT ticket

SPF, DKIM, DMARC, automatic suppression and a gentle domain warm-up are handled for you. Landing in the inbox shouldn't need a systems administrator on call.

03

Your directory is the list

On Microsoft 365, your people already live in the directory and Sendmeadow reads from there, so your lists stay current on their own — no exports, no spreadsheets to babysit. Not on 365? A CSV import works just as well, with Google Workspace sync coming next.

Who it's for

Built for teams of 20 to 200.

Non-profits, community organisations, schools, clinics and small businesses. It's at its best for teams on Microsoft 365 — but any organisation can send, building recipient lists by CSV import, without a platform-sized budget or a dedicated comms department to run it.

Independent · made in Australia

Made in Australia, for the organisations we know best.

Sendmeadow is an independent product, built for small teams doing important work with limited time and budget. No investors to answer to, no per-seat upsell — just a tool we'd want to use ourselves.
